I can explain how the Axis Powers quickly expanded their territory at the beginning of WWII.

Agenda:

Let's look at the speed of the Axis advance in Europe.  

1. What is the impact of the speed of this advance?
2. Map Work:  In your groups, take your notes and draw out the advance.  Make yourself a key!
3. Spend time working on this awesome site about the Battle of Britain.
